LASC: FAMILY LAW DEPARTMENT CHANGE AT THE POMONA SOUTH COURTHOUSE

Effective August 5, 2024, the Family Law Division will implement the following change to courtroom operations at the Pomona South Courthouse, located at 400 Civic Center Plaza, Pomona:

• Judge Kenneth M. Fuller will move from Department H to Department K at the Pomona Courthouse. All matters previously assigned to Department H shall remain assigned to Judge Fuller for all purposes, unless otherwise notified.

All matters currently on calendar shall remain scheduled on the dates and times previously set, unless otherwise notified. Counsel and parties are instructed to indicate the assigned judicial officer and department on the first page of all documents filed with the clerk to ensure proper departmental assignment, calendaring of hearings and document routing.
