KERN COUNTY SUPERIOR COURT: FAMILY LAW DIVISION ANNOUNCES CHANGES TO JUDICIAL OFFICER ASSIGNMENT
By order of the Presiding Judge, the Family Law Division will implement the following change in courtroom operations and judicial officer assignment, effective August 7, 2023.
Commissioner Kevin Moran will be assigned to Division C at the Justice Center, 1215 Truxtun Avenue, Bakersfield. All matters previously assigned to Judge Jason Webster in Division C have been reassigned to Commissioner Moran.
All matters currently calendared shall remain scheduled on the dates and times previously set unless otherwise notified. California Rules of Court, Rule 2.816 applies to matters heard by Commissioner Moran.
