PROBATE DIVISION ANNOUNCES CHANGES TO JUDICIAL OFFICER ASSIGNMENT
By order of the Presiding Judge, the Probate Division will implement the following change in courtroom operations and judicial officer assignment, effective March 13, 2023:
- Commissioner Brett Myers will be assigned to Division J-1, at the Juvenile Justice Center, 2100 College Avenue, Bakersfield. All matters previously assigned to Judge Andrew Kendall in Division J-1 have been reassigned to Commissioner Myers.
All matters currently calendared shall remain scheduled on the dates and times previously set, unless otherwise notified. California Rules of Court, rule 2.816 applies to matters heard by Commissioner Myers.
