LASC: FAMILY LAW JUDICIAL ASSIGNMENT CHANGE AT THE STANLEY MOSK COURTHOUSE

Effective March 29, 2024, the Family Law Division has implemented the following change to courtroom operations at the Stanley Mosk Courthouse located at 111 N. Hill St, Los Angeles:

• Commissioner Hillary Gerber has been reassigned from Department 8 to Department 46 at the Stanley Mosk Courthouse. All matters previously assigned to Department 46 have been assigned to Commissioner Gerber for all purposes, unless otherwise notified.

All matters currently on calendar shall remain scheduled on the dates and times previously set, unless otherwise notified. Counsel and parties are instructed to indicate the assigned judicial officer and department on the first page of all documents filed with the clerk to ensure proper departmental assignment, calendaring of hearings and document routing.
