In preparation for the December 12 go-live date of the Odyssey case management system in the Juvenile Delinquency Division, some online services will be impacted from 5:30 p.m. Friday, December 9 to 5:00 p.m. Saturday, December 10:
UNAVAILABLE:
- Odyssey e-Filing Service Providers
- Impacts adoptions, juvenile dependency, family law, and probate cases.
- Does NOT impact civil cases.
- Online Traffic Services including:
- Pay and Close Your Ticket
- Request a Payment Plan
- Request an Extension
- Request Traffic School
- Reserve a Court Date
- Check Ticket Status
- Traffic Avatar to help with the above matters
LIMITED FUNCTIONALITY:
- Hearing Reminder Service (HRS)
- Service will remain operational but will ONLY allow parties to register for civil cases.
- Attorney Portal
- Service will remain operational for civil cases ONLY.
- Justice Partner Portal (JPP)
- Service will remain operational for civil cases ONLY.
- LACourtConnect (LACC)
- Service will remain operational but will NOT allow new registrations for any case categories.
No interruption of other website services is anticipated.
