NEW FAMILY LAW JUDICIAL ASSIGNMENT CHANGE AT THE STANLEY MOSK COURTHOUSE
The Family Law Division will implement the following changes to courtroom operations effective June 5, 2023:
- Judge Dean J. Kitchens will be assigned to Department 2C of the Stanley Mosk Courthouse, 111 N. Hill St., Los Angeles. All matters previously assigned to Department 2C will be reassigned to Judge Kitchens unless otherwise notified.
All matters currently calendared shall remain scheduled on the dates and times previously set unless otherwise notified. Counsel and parties are instructed to indicate the assigned judicial officer and department on the first page of all documents filed with the clerk to ensure proper departmental assignment, calendaring of hearings, and document routing.
