MARICOPA COUNTY SUPERIOR COURT: CASE CENTER APPLICATION UPDATE

As of September 9, 2024, all hearings on Orders of Protection held by a Family Department Commissioner will use Case Center for the submission and management of evidence. For other matters handled by Family Commissioners, please refer to the hearing setting order or minute entry for exhibit submission instructions. All Family Department Judge divisions utilize Case Center for all evidentiary hearings and trials. The Civil Department is in the process of transitioning Civil Department Judge divisions to use Case Center for hearings and trials. Please refer to Civil A.O. 2024-80 for detailed information regarding this transition.
