MARIN COUNTY SUPERIOR COURT: UPDATED LAUNCH DATE – CIVIL, FAMILY LAW, AND PROBATE EFILING GOES LIVE 3/25

Electronic Filing in Marin County Superior Court is now scheduled to go live on March 25th, 2024.

The court will be accepting eFiled documents starting Monday, March 25th. eFiling will become mandatory for all parties represented by attorneys starting Friday, April 26th. Self-Represented Litigants are encouraged to use eFiling but are not required.

The court accepts electronically filed documents (“eFiling”) for the following case types:

  • Civil Limited/Unlimited
  • Small Claims
  • Family Law/Adoption
  • Probate
