SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY SUPERIOR COURT: CIVIL EXPANDS TO RANCHO CUCAMONGA AND VICTORVILLE
San Bernardino Superior Court (SBSC) is excited to announce the two phase restoration of civil services to the West End and High Desert regions of our county, initially restoring courtrooms, followed by the expansion of Clerk’s Office services in 2024.
Beginning on Monday, December 11, 2023, civil matters which fall under the jurisdiction of the Rancho Cucamonga and Victorville courthouses will be relocated from the San Bernardino Justice Center to their respective courthouses at the Rancho Cucamonga Courthouse located at 8303 Haven Avenue, and in the Victorville Courthouse, located at 14455 Civic Drive.
An initial selection of cases will be relocated for this first phase of civil expansion. Criteria for assigning cases to which of the three court locations will continue to be developed going forward.
Impacted parties will be notified of the changes. Attorneys and parties are encouraged to check the Court Access Portal to confirm where their hearing will be heard.
The Civil Clerk’s Office and all other civil courtrooms will remain in the San Bernardino Justice Center located at 247 W. 3rd Street at this time. Litigants can continue to file in person in the Civil Clerk’s Office or remotely using the online eFile portal.
“SBSC continues its commitment to investing resources to increase services to all residents of our vast county,” said Presiding Judge R. Glenn Yabuno. Through new and ongoing funding, SBSC continues to realize its long-term goal of expanding and improving meaningful access to justice to our geographically diverse population.
